Late in the Year? It‘s not too late to apply for an ROTC scholarship!

High school students and their parents often believe that if they don't start an ROTC application by October that the chances of a scholarship are low.   However, that is the furthest thing from the truth.  Most ROTC scholarships are awarded after the first of the year and applying later in November and December can actually be an advantage!   In this episode, LTC Kirkland explains why.
